Stockwell Pty Ltd (WAS) is the parent company of the Stockwell Property Group, a Queensland based diversified property group with over 60 years of experience in property development, property investment, design & construction and property management. The directors and shareholders of WAS are Mark Stockwell (Managing Director) and Michael Kelso who acquired the business in 1994.
Stockwell operates across the residential, retail and commercial property sectors focussing on three major business lines: 1) Property investments where it owns three shopping centres generating stable net leasing income; 2) Developments; and 3) Operations incorporating development management, property management and funds management businesses.
